"Great hotel,great location and this hotel optimises what blackpool is all about,food was fantastic as was the staff and Michael was an absolute howler and a laugh every minute,bar was cheap and nightly entertainment including games of bingo, we would definitely return here but I want to say a huge thank you to the little waitress with glasses on who looked after us during our stay as she worked so hard as they all did and nothing was too much trouble for them,I really cant see why this lovely hotel gets battered on reviews.if u don't like this hotel u shouldn't come to blackpool."
