Average Stay with a Couple of Issues
lack of hot water noisy environment
The room was not great. The shower didn't have any hot water, so showering was out of the question. Light also came in around the curtains, waking me up way too early. The noise outside made it hard to keep the window open.

The reception staff were genuinely helpful. They assisted with directions and local information. Breakfast service started promptly at 7:30 am, with options. The hotel included a functional elevator, particularly useful. The bingo nights hosted by Philip added a touch of fun to the evenings.

dingy room unclean cups
the room felt a bit dingy and the furniture needed updating. we had no view from our window , just a wall and scaffolding. the cups and spoons were not clean. i had a terrible night's sleep.

The staff was friendly. Someone carried our luggage. i booked a single room. it was small but acceptable. dinner the first night included water and chips on each table.
